What the masterclass is like

When you join Klaus’s class, the first thing you notice is the energy. There’s no long lecture or passive slide deck. Instead, you step into an experience that’s interactive, hands-on, and deeply human.

Klaus sets the tone right away. He’s approachable, thoughtful, and makes everyone feel welcome and heard. Even if you’ve never used tools like Miro or ChatGPT before, his guidance makes it easy to jump in and participate. “I was a bit intimidated at first,” one participant shared, “but Klaus had sent out a great overview of the tools, and I was surprised how much we used ChatGPT — and how cleverly we used it.”

You won’t just talk about AI, you’ll use it. From simulating difficult stakeholder conversations to brainstorming creative solutions, you’ll learn how AI can support leadership at every level. One favourite activity? The “Build Your Boss” exercise, where learners create a custom GPT trained to simulate a challenging stakeholder. “It helped me prep for real meetings and sharpened my ability to lead up,” one team manager said.
